These Terms of Service govern your use of the PrepLockin mobile application. By downloading or using PrepLockin, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

PrepLockin is a GRE vocabulary study app that provides flashcards, quizzes, vocabulary games, widgets, and optional app-blocking features. The app requires an active subscription after a 7-day free trial.

2. Subscriptions

• PrepLockin offers Monthly ($7.99/mo), Three-Month ($17.99/3mo), and Annual ($29.99/yr) plans
• All plans include a 7-day free trial
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

3. App Blocking Feature

The quiz-to-unlock feature uses Apple’s Screen Time API to restrict access to apps you select. You are solely responsible for choosing which apps to block. PrepLockin is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by blocked apps, including missed notifications or communications.

4. Content

The 958 GRE vocabulary words, definitions, examples, and illustrations are provided for educational purposes. While curated from reputable sources, we do not guarantee that studying these words will result in any specific GRE score improvement.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in with Apple or email/password. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in PrepLockin, including illustrations, definitions, and app design, is owned by PrepLockin or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrepLockin is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PrepLockin at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
